RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Hobrand B.V. delivers to business customers.
- We apply the regulations for business to business, whereby the statutory reflection period of 14 days does not apply.
- In the event of a manufacturer's production error or an incorrect delivery, a request can be placed to return or exchange your item.
- For orders with an incorrect size, only a request to exchange your item can be placed.
- Returns and exchanges are only accepted under our conditions.
- Returns and exchanges will not be accepted without a request form.
- Each request will be evaluated individually.
REQUEST FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
For proper processing of your request, we ask you to fill out the return form and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive our evaluation of your request within 5 working days.

If your request is approved, we will send you a return order number. We ask you to include the return order number in your shipment and to return the items in their original packaging.
Returns without a return order number will not be processed.
Hobrand B.V. is not liable for lost shipments or damage during transport. For this reason, please always ensure that the package is properly packed.
- Materials and products specially manufactured or ordered for you will never be taken back.
- You are obliged to check upon delivery whether the products comply with the agreement. If this is not the case, you must inform us in writing, stating reasons, as soon as possible and in any event within five (5) working days after delivery, or after observation was reasonably possible.
- If it has been demonstrated that the products do not comply with the agreement, we have the choice of replacing the products concerned with new products upon their return or refunding the invoice values.
- Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the product is unused, the packaging of the product is undamaged and any plastic seal on the packaging has not been broken, whereby the costs of return shipments will also be borne by you.
- Our products come with a factory guarantee in accordance with our supplier's conditions. We are not obliged to give any guarantee on items on which repairs or other work or attempts to do so have been carried out by our client or by third parties without our permission.
- No guarantee is given by us on the used articles and products supplied by us; nor do we give any guarantee on hidden defects that may be attached to them, unless this provision has been explicitly deviated from in writing.
- In addition to the guarantee provisions described in these general terms and conditions, we are in no way liable for the items and/or materials and/or services supplied by us, nor for the repair or replacement of defects subsequently detected, nor for maintenance, nor for the proper functioning of the items or services when used.
- The content of Hobrand's website and webshop and of the other Hobrand expressions have been composed with the greatest possible care. Hobrand can not guarantee the nature, content and accuracy of the information and prices and is therefore not liable for obvious errors or omissions.
After the products have been received back in good order, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, usually within 5 working days, but at the latest within 14 days after dissolution.
We will refund using the same means of payment that was used to make the payment. We may wait to reimburse you until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
